Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. You can order by telephone, fax, post or online. All details are entered through a secure server when purchasing online.

You can browse our online products, which is kept up to date all year round. You can also use this as a guide to order over the telephone, by fax or by post.

You can request a printed copy of our catalogue on the homepage of the website.

Shipping and Handling

Your standard delivery goods are now sent and delivered by Royal Mail. We have a standard delivery charge of £4.50 for UK MAINLAD ONLY. Our standard deliveries can take up to 3 to 5 working days. Delays are to be expected at our busiest times when our catalogue is sent out but next day orders will take priority.

For more urgent orders a next day delivery is available which is charged at £8.50 for UK MAINLAND ONLY. Your next day delivery goods are sent and delivered by Initial City Link. Orders must be placed no later than 12:00pm Monday to Friday, Note: Next working day excludes Saturdays and Sundays for the next day charge. For example: orders placed on a Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Friday after 12.00pm and on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We can now offer an Express Saturday Service for £25.00. You can order a Saturday Delivery anytime in the week up until Friday 12.00pm.

We used to have a separate delivery schedule for Premium Rate Areas. These areas include Channel Isles, Isle of Man, N. Ireland + Highlands of Scotland. These areas now have a postage charge of £4.50 for a 5 to 7 working days delivery, the same as the standard UK Mainland postage price and are sent by Royal Mail.

Please remember a signature is required for accepting Next Day Delivery parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address.

International Orders

All International Order are priced on an individual order basis by weight. You will be asked to agree the postage rate before dispatch. Delivery Time up to 28 days



Back Orders

Whilst every effort is taken to keep the catalogue up to date, if your item is not in stock, we will do our best to obtain this item for you.

You will only be charged when the item is dispatched and any outstanding orders will be dispatched postage free.

Tax Charges

For all orders made within the U.K or the European Union, 15% is added.
All others are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to zero.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses. The address book is used and to store your details if you select the “remember me” option. You can ask to be removed at anytime by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. Our lines and shops are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm except Wednesday we close at 1pm. Calling outside these times will divert you to our answer phone.

Free Returns
Guarantee / Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging unused. Should the item be faulty return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. If the item returned in a dirty and used condition we have every right to refuse to handle it and it will be returned to sender and you will be charged for the postage. Please take care when sending the items back.

We now have a free returns service.
Should you need to return merchandise, please return via your local post office using the free post label provided? Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Even though the postage is free you are still responsible for the parcel until it is received back by us. The free postage address is for a standard parcel service. Under no circumstances will we pay for recorded delivery or special delivery.
We Do Not Offer a Collection Service.
To assist us in processing your refund or replacement will you please complete the details below and return this form with the merchandise. A label is affixed to this document for your convenience when returning items.

The free returns service is only available to mainland customers only. Any customer found abusing the system will be removed from our database.
