Has my order been sent yet?
You can check the status of your order on your account page on the John Banks website or if your order has been sent via Courier you will receive an email from them with your tracking information enclosed. Or you could always just send us an email and we will let you know ASAP.
Why doesn't my credit card work?
We do accept most major credit cards, but if your card won't process we do offer PayPal payment option for our customers. Credit card payments require verification, which is a code sent to your Mobile phone for added security.
When you receive this code please enter it promptly otherwise it will expire and will need to be resubmitted.
A product I wanted has just sold out, are you getting more in stock?

How can I check my size?
To find the perfect fit, always measure your favourite shirt or jeans flat on a table. Over time the label will say one thing but the tape may say something different. We will always check an item to make sure it is perfect for you just drop us an email at sales@bigtall.co.uk or give us a call.
